What CareerTovia does
CareerTovia is building an AI-assisted candidate screening and matching platform for hiring teams. It helps recruiters and hiring managers evaluate applications against role-specific requirements, surface stronger matches, organize candidate information and keep the screening process structured from the first application to the shortlist.
Why we invested
We invested because candidate screening can become repetitive and inconsistent as application volume grows. CareerTovia applies AI to organize candidate signals around the actual requirements of each role while keeping human judgment at the center of hiring decisions. That combination of automation, structure and human control is compelling.
